Problems with menu buttons

I installed Fallout 2 on my computer which runs Windows XP. But i don't know if that is the problem. I started the game up everything ran smooth but when i got to the menu screen where it says new game, load game and all that stuff, I would click and the buttons wouldn't work. Does anybody have this problem or does anybody know how to fix this issue. If so post it. Thank You.

What installation size did you use? I found this would happen once or twice with small. Try uninstalling and using a different installation size.

well I just tryed reinstalling FO2 in different sizes and that isnt the problem. but i appreciate the help.

You can just use keyboard shortcuts for easy access to the buttons.

Like:
L- Load Game
Esc- Exit game

I don't know all the rest of these shortcuts, but play around and it works.
