Programs for Fallout PnP rpg

Hi,can someone tell me some programs which i can use for my PnP RPG,like calculating dmg,random encounters etc.,because i'm a Gamemaster and i'm experiencing dificulties with the dices and other things.The programs in the other topics aren't working for me and i'll be very happy if someone give me links or the programs or someplace where i can download them.Thanks!

Well, I know that the GURPS Character Builder has a build-in dice roller which supports a lot of different dice, including +/-.
And you can download the demo for free.

It also has a name finder. (with plenty of different nationalities to choose from)
But if you must have a stand-alone program...
