Proper way to remove the FOT pen and paper game in Win 2000p

First time out of the vault
Howdy. I'd like to completely remove FOT from my system (win 2000 pro), the uninstall left the pen and paper game from the bonum mission and left the 14 degree east program group.
At the risk of sounding like a dork I'd like to know the proper and safe way to remove it.

Uninstall it first (Start-Settings-Control Panel-Add/REmove Programs), then you can safely delete any folders (on either the start menu or your drives).
