Quest mods for Fallout 1 and/or 2?

First time out of the vault
I know that Fallout 1/2 doesn't have the robust modding community that Fallout 3/NV has, but I'm wondering, has there been any completed/currently working on projects that add new towns, quests, etc. onto Fallout 1/2? Or even a total conversion that adds a new gameworld to play in? I know there's mods like Fallout FIXT and Fallout 2 Restoration Project, but I'm wondering if there's anything more to check out for new content in Fallout 1 & 2?
 
Megamod - compilation of mods for F2. (new town, fixes, addon etc)

Fallout 1.5 Ressurection - czech mod, they working on english version. New story, new world.
