If you use the Character editor and load yourself with Perks, are the enacted or do some not activate? I was curious becuse I felt some did not activate when I selected them.
Well Action Boy for one, I was at the correct level to recieve it, but if your AP is 10 and you have the Bonus move perk already, would that interfere with it?
Well, I would say that Action Boy probably adds the points on when you gain it, and does nothing after that.
So, if you didn't actually gain Action Boy within the game, the adding AP's effect would not happen.
