Question about mods/editor

First time out of the vault
I apologize if this is the wrong forum.

I have tried downloading several Fallout 2 save game editors but every one i click on takes me to some site called 3ddownloads, with no mention or link to the file . Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. :?
 
just checked now, hes right looks like 3ddownloads has gone bust, this is definitly not a good thing :(
 
A lot of the download links lead to nowhere, actually... some things have been taken down from Atomic Gamer etc.
