So I bought some DLC for Civ V but I didn't click install, instead going straight to my library. Then I find out that CIV V is "updating". Its nearly a 1GB update and I only have 1 GB of download data left for the month by the internet service provider. So is it installing my DLC's or just "updating".
 
Can you get any more information out of the downloads page? Otherwise check out the updates list and/or the community forum.
