question regarding recruiting

[updated:LAST EDITED ON Mar-20-03 AT 00:21AM (GMT)]What are the points on the character portrait when you are looking at a potential recruits stats? I can't find any description of it in the manual or from searching the web. I'd appreciate any info about it. Thanks
 
Your not the only one who has noticed that glad you bought it up, your talking about when your in the recrute master choosing a team member and they all got a badge like paladin down to recrute and there are also points i think the developers where gonna do something on the lines of make each 1 cost ya twards charisma or it may have to do with experience points but i am also baffled on this as well so thats why your getting this

I think its related to multiplayer. You are given so many points to start a squad with.
