Well one of the characters in the Lone Wanders rp, actually more of an NPC, Mandrake, is rather evil.

I played an evil son-of-a-motherfucking-bitch character a couple of times, after the fun of being good wore off from Fallout 2. I eventually got killed by head hunters, coz I killed loads of children. Hehehehehe, evil is the new way forward.
