Questions about Fo2 mods

Hi guys,

I'm new to this modding forum and I'm a huge fan of Fo1&2 (not Fo3)
I hope you guys can answer my questions:

1. Can I install all these following mods?
Fallout2 Resolution Patch v1.6
Killap's Unofficial Fallout 2 Patch (US/UK - installer)
Fallout 2 Restoration Project Installer Version
Timeslip Fallout 2 engine tweaks for Windows 2000/XP/Vista

Are they compatible with each other?

2. Should I wait for Fallout 2 Restoration Project 1.3 or should I just install 1.2 and start playing? What will be new in 1.3?

You only need to install the restoration project. It should have includet all the stuff you mentioned. I am not exactly sure about the resolution patch, but it should work too.

2. Should I wait for Fallout 2 Restoration Project 1.3 or should I just install 1.2 and start playing? What will be new in 1.3?

1.3 will include many more bug fixes as well as some nice new content. I cannot give any definitive release date, but if you can wait a bit longer, I promise it will be worth it. In addition, saves made before 1.3 will no longer work, so you will have to start over if you plan on using 1.3.
