You can get three endings easily (regardless of your current reputation) if you save at the right time: Join the Cal, let General B to join the Cal, or destroy the Cal. If you have good reputation, load to previous save and try to kill some innocent (bad karma) to get the fourth ending. If have bad reputation start the game over if you want to get the fourth ending.
