Quick questions thx for answear in advance...

Hey here is my problem i play only on 1 save game + not much time to play so i just need answears to 1-2 questions...

Those are combat question and i dont use vats(i never use vats)...so here are the questions...

1.If i add skill points will it increase my accurarcy?
2.I know skill points increases damage but what about other stats critical chance?
3.Any suprise modifiers maybe?

Again i dont use vats so im only interested in bonus of adding skills that work in real time...

2. No. Critical chance is based on Luck
3. If you attack while sneaking and hidden you get a sneak attack critical
