Radiation Info Mod - released

So FO3 gives you a bunch of extra info on your radiation level, and I know people here don't like it. Neither do I -- So I fixed it.

You don't get to see your radiation level -- the bar that shows up in the HUD is removed (you still get the rads/second text though).

The RAD page in the pip boy only shows your radiation resistance level. If you get radiated the word RADIATED shows up in big text. It goes away if you get your radiation back down to zero

The EFF page is gone (well, I just moved the button off screen to be honest). This way you don't see the effects of sickness, and you also don't see the effects of withdrawals (which I think fits in with the idea of hiding the effects of Radiation Sickness).

I like this idea and your mod very much. However I would suggest you add an extra level of information. Instead of just "Radiated" I'd suggest "low radiation" and "high radiation", since you get radition quiet often. Fallout did have kinda the same, statustext told you that you puke if you were radiated to heavy and stuff like that

The game still gives you the messages about minor radiation sickness etc in the top left corner, which is basically the same as what you mention.
