Rainbow Color problem, which patch to use?

I have been all over the internet trying to find the rainbow problem patch for fallout & fallout 2. I have the Fallout trilogy pack. I've tried different patches, no luck.

I need to know the exact patches to use for the rainbow color problem for fallout & fallout 2. It doesn't matter if its on NMA or somewhere else.
 
For Fallout 1 try the unofficial patch by TeamX + High Resolution mod and for Fallout 2 use Killaps unofficial patch (or better yet the restoration project) - High-Res mod is included in the RP, not sure about the patch.
All of these files should be available in the NMA download section.
 
Searching this forum for "rainbow" didn't produce anything useful at all?
