I have seen a lot of people having the problem with the graphics on Fallout 2 on Vista machines. It flakes out with some rainbow graphics and goes away after you reset it a few times. I figured out on my system that if you open the game from a short cut in the games folder instead of the desktop or start menu then it doesn't give me any trouble at all. Not sure if that will work for everyone, just a thought.
