hi i was wondering if u guys can tell mi if luck affects the random encounters u have in the wild? if so...can u guys pls give me some recommendations on wat recriut i should have hu has high luck? and lastly can anyone tell mi how to save felix, the prison warden in qunicy, cos everytime i get there...the beast master kills him already..thanks a million
