Well, I finally got a all of the random encounters (I think), and have noticed a few things. First, I get the PIPBOY encounter over and over. Second, I have gotten an encounter a few times that gives me the message "Can't load encounter," and returns me to the main menu. I assume it is a deleted encounter they forgot to disable. Anyone know of anyway to fix or play with this? Finally, although slightly modified, the PIPBOY encounter also has an easter egg: just before exiting during the encounter, he said "What the Hell are you lookin' at?", rather close to Duckman's catchphrase "What the Hell are you starin' at?" The PIPBOY does have a slightly Mickey Mouse tone during most of the encounter, and Duckman once utters his catchphrase to a Mickey Mouse knockoff.
