Raul in Navarro Bug [Fallout 2]

First time out of the vault
I have the Restoration Mod and the Resolution Mod installed (both correctly as far as I know), and I cannot talk to Raul in Navarro. I have yet to have any other problems with the game thus far.

The game crashes when I click on him to bring up the conversation menu option. Does anyone know why, and if there is a remedy to this?

Do you have a save game you could upload somewhere or e-mail to me? Assuming you are not the same person who posted on another forum, you are the second to report this. You also both have the resolution patch installed which makes me wonder if there is a connection here. Anyway, please provide me with a save game so I can take a closer look.

I must have missed it then. Do you by chance have a save game? Also, were you running the resolution patch as well?
