reading RAW files

Does anyone know of a program that'll display RAW files as miniatures, just like JPEGs? I already use Photoshop CS 3 as an editor, it works well, I just need a program to preview the pictures, since Win XP seems unable to do so.

ACD See.

Why the hell would you use RAW files, anyway? Those things are for super-high resolution editing/printing.

Umm, yes? I only shoot in RAW nowadays, JPEG does'nt cut it for exposure compensation and white balance adjustments and so forth.

Yeah.. I searched around a bit in Photoshop and there's a pic browser that displays them. But only as miniatures, and it was slow as hell.

I had Rawshooter before, but it bugged out on me and it was sluggish. Unusable. Must've been a weird setting.

Photoshop CS3 works fine for editing white balance and exposure compensation, I only wish it was faster and allowed for opening several pictures next to each other.

Maybe I'll just settle for shooting in RAW+JPEG and browsing the JPEGs instead... ::tear::
