Real fans hate FOBOS

Lived Through the Heat Death
Gene Emery, chief audio engineer Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel was invited to do an interview by Gamespy.
This litle quote says it all:

And you're going to have detractors, who are the real Fallout fans, but I think there's a lot of people out there across America who perhaps don't know about Fallout and will pick this game up and be very satisfied with it, because it is ... an action game.

I couldn`t say it better myself!!
Thanks to Mesc. A. Lyn for pointing me out to this gem :D

Well, the bastards have their ducks in a row, don't they?

"Hay, guyz, who wants to make a gayme that has the name of a series, but causes nothing but hate by THE FANS OF THE SERIES? I mean, we can sell it as an action game, and cause hatred too! Super duper, am i rite?"

yea, I find it real weird that they would make a game with the name of the series while stating that fans of the series would hate it. Wouldn't the point of the game be to make it so it is bought by fans of the series and by action fans? The way they did it... why did they bother using the fallout liscense?

Bowling For Bottle Caps

The 11 year old expert still maintains he 'saw' a reference to FO:BOS and "purple tenticled aliens" in a console mag. It's now our running joke to sample every console confection that glazes his gaze. "Purple tenticle content'.... Those with purient "mature" aspirations can now insert comments about "purple phallic content".......... Since the kid is not around to be educated by your worldly wagglings.

If there is a cold and cruel Calvinistic god, I'm hoping FO:BOS has a "bowling for bottlecaps" minigame to parody the gambling in FO.
"Bombing for Bimbos" a sort of 'horse shoes and hand grenades" level of target shooting that will "win" one the pass words to C.C.'s fav'e porn sites..... ''Bettie Page's Anime Akimbo''......

Why is this music maester worried about lyric content when the sex and violence, Chuck's ""bottle caps for whores"" eco system, has earned a "mature" rating, or did I misunderstand past press'es? Sort of juvinile ""pullin' a fast one on da MAN"" that was passe' by the '80's.
May be still "revolutionary" "up against the wall"' for the TWEEN set, or maybe not. And since when are lyrics intended to be discerned since the 'wall of noise' or was it 'wall of sound' of the '60's? Maybe the 'artist' was told there'd be no room for liner notes for his 'poetry'.... If he's thrashin' out 3 cords, 3 syllable lyrics will be wasted on us.
How can he claim to be 'metal' if he's afraid of rejection?
A whole lot'a '''sound'n'fury signifying nut'in'.''''... man.
