Its not that un-common apparently. My uncles/grandparents who are Dairy Farmers (Milk Cows) here in NZ, told me years ago when I was a kid about how they had seen or heard of a few cow over the years like that. They usauly die straight away though. But if you want really gross sometimes they are born "inside-Out" yes thats right all the parts that should be on the inside are on the outside...

Yes, but reptilians have long been known to replicate lost limbs and live on, whilst it is not common with mammals. A dual-headed snake is a curious find though.
