real life car modding

Im feeling curious about something. Near my office there is an old car chassis that remembers me the Chrysalis Highwaymen. I wonder if somebody has modded a real life car to simulate a Fallout Highwaymen. I have googled, but nothing useful pops up.

I think most Fallout fans put their time/money into case mods, but I'd really like to see someone do a deteriorated Highwayman, or even better do a Corvega.
