[Release] Inebriation - Drunk and Hallucinogenic Effects

Inebriation adds a drunken effect to using alcohol. The effect increases the more you drink. If you use the Fallout Script Extender you will also experience movement confusion as your character stumbles around.

Installation
------------
If you do not use the Fallout Script Extender, put Inebriation.esp into your Fallout 3/data folder and make sure to select it with the launcher.

If you do want to use the full version of this mod you will need the Fallout Script Extender located at http://fose.silverlock.org/. You should then NOT use the Inebriation.esp, but instead use the "Inebriation-FOSE.esp".

For Future Versions

I may reinstate the involuntary swaying of your character or a "passing out" effect, though I got a lot of complaints about it last time I did that.

Really? You couldn't call it Lap's Drunk and hallucinogenic mod? How are we to differentiate it from all the other Drunk and Hallucinogenic mods out there?

You can easily differentiate it by the fact that it doesn't suck.

Very nice man. Anything that brings the immersion to greater levels I like. I haven't tried it yet but I just have some suggestions based on what I like (which may or may not be what you want to do). But maybe have it so it's not so 'extreme'? I like to drink in game alot (and RL heheh) and I'd like to still be able to basically function while mildly intoxicated. Like maybe just have it blurry enough to where you are "impaired" in spotting enemies from a distance or maybe if its possible to have it affect your walking/control reaction (probably not but had to ask). Also I'd like for it to last quite a while (at minimum whatever the default "stat" effect time is for various alcohols. Good stuff.
 
Does it recreate the Berserk patch side effect from System Shock in Psycho? That was awesome. You could hear the grass grow. And see paint peel off the wall IN SLOW MOTION. And an inverted palette.

Mikael- It doesn't recreate and sound effects since I really included hallucinations last minute. If I'm going to do sound effects with them I need to find a large enough bank of acceptable sounds so it doesn't get repetitive and obnoxious. It'd be nice to have an easy way to modify all sounds like imagespace modifiers work.

Holocausto- I made the initial one drink very mild since there are a lot of characters, including mine, that carry too much shit around and need to be boozed up 24/7. It only lasts for about thirty seconds with one drink. No one NEEDs to drink more than one beer since the effects aren't cumulative so I decided to make the consecutive effects pretty severe.

It does effect your walking/control if you use the FOSE version I included. I get people complaining on both sides that it's too long or too short. It's hard to find a middle ground.

Wirkoenntenaber- Damn, send me an email next time. I haven't checked these forums in a while and I someone reported it to me on FalloutNexus. I initially thought someone was just trying to rip off my work. Thanks for the port though.
 
I would just like a mild visual "buzz" effect that lasts the duration of the time you are receiving stat effects from the alcohol. Just something to depict my buzzed/drunk state & increase immersion but not so extreme where I'm seeing double & triple as if I just drank a jug of wiskey and am on the verge of blackout/death lol.
