Remove Power Armor perk requirement

I'm sorry if this is included in any PA mods; I tried to find info on the search feature but, if I haven't seen the thread or know its topic, I can't effectively search for it.

Anywho, given the somewhat shit nature of PA in the game, I'd like to see the ability to wear it when it becomes available instead of late-game, when it's largely unneeded. Is it possible to remove the perk requirement and has it been done?

If you want to do it in a way that doesn't seem like cheating, you can skip a lot of it by going straight to tranquility lane as soon as you leave the vault and continue the story from there which isn't too long from getting the power armor perk.

You'll probably be level 3 or 4 by then but you won't have to worry about the fantastic story.

But easiest option is typing PlayerCanUsePowerArmor 1 in the console.
