I don't know if it s possible to make 1 mod that does this (or if there is already someone making this):
* FO2 Special System
* Traits & Perk system from FO2 & FO1 (with all perks available from all 3 games)
* Karma adjustments to make it like it was in the FO2 system: stealing no karma unless someone sees it, same with other small crimes like lockpick (+ karma drops re not visible on the screen)
* leveling system that is the same/"very similar" of FO2 leveling system
* Game not over after the main quest
* Power armor does not decrease Agility (Strength increasement is higher, so the suit wears itself and increases the weight you re able to carry).
(Optional:And only the power helmet lowers your charisma.)
* "Magic" enhancements of clothing re gone (repair +5, ... only the charisma + stays)
* Bobbleheads "magic" increasements re gone
* Starting the game gives you the same advantages/disadvantages (options to choose) you had when you began FO1 & FO2
* Sex humor back in your stats + screen goes black when you do have sex (instead of 2 people taking a nap) & stats adjustments accordingly to it.
* Drugs effects, nice drugs effects, being able to get drunk (addiction less annoying)
(* I m not sure this is possible but anyway: more then 1 party member? like 3 or 5 for example )
* everyone is killable (quests end if you kill someone important to that quest)

But still I think the SPECIAL system of FO3 sucks (and other stuff), I don't know if anyone agrees to this so I just posted this and see what happens next...
