Requesting help making new animations

Hey, I'm not sure this is the correct place for this, but I was wondering if I could get help with animations. I want to make Combat Armor for Supermutants. I have completed one frame image in the two colors I'm looking to make. There are way to many frames for me to make them all alone. It took me over an hour just for one frame image. I only have Paint Shop Pro, and Do not know anything about 3D Modeling, etc. so Having to do it all by hand. (as I'm sure others do as well) Here's what I'm looking for when it comes to the Armor.

Give up - before your mind explodes - the best way of achieving this arduous task is to build them from scratch in 3D...and since you have no skill in 3D, walk away, far away.

Fixing single frames will take months of work, and will the results be worth all that pain? I speak from experience, only mess with critters that match each others animations perfectly, anything less is too difficult.

On a more positive note, super mutants don't have that many animations as opposed to human sprites so he could pull this off (with enough patience).

True enough. I was hoping to get New animations made as well though. Not by me necessarily as I'm not any good with Blender, etc. It's not for me personally really, It's something I was hoping to get added to Fonline2. Currently players can't use Small guns, Spears, Knives, etc. and are limited to Metal Armor Mark II. People complain saying Oh you don't need better armor, you have +100HP from start, Yes that is true, but in the upper levels that balances out, especially with Life Giver perk, etc. Also you can't run as a mutant, which I'm not to bothered by that part. But if you are doing Real Time Battles, it puts you had a huge disadvantage. Also when a mutant has his arm crippled there's no other weapon besides knuckles that are useable for mutant. If you aren't specced in Close Combat, you are good as dead. Anywho I've rambled a bit so yea.
