Restoration Patch not working on W7

Hello everyone, i recently installed Fallout 2, (i have windows7 on a mac) and the hi-res patch,i want to install the Restoration Patch, but i can't!
After installing the patch the game wont start up anymore!! im getting an application error which boots me back to the desktop. deleted the game and reinstalled it,game works fine until i install the RP again.

I hope this is the right section of the forum, im new here and english isn't my main lenguage. Sorry if im wrong

Because the Restoration Project uses SFALL, I don't know how a MAC will handle that, even with W7. Maybe some other folks can chime in and help you with a potential work-around.

this says you how to install it on mac with crossover or crossover games.....probably u just can't use restoration patch with w7 on a mac....
