Reversing the bounty hunters

Is it possible to make the bounty hunters chase the player if their karma is higher than 500(meaning you're playing a paragon route)?I tried to change the scripts in the worldmap.txt but it doesn't seem to work.

Besides, can I do anything to make killing bounty hunters don't affect my karma? Guess it's in a certain int file but can't locate it.

I love killing bounty hunters, that's the best way of dragging your karma down into the negatives, the alternative for an evil character is to kill everybody in the game.
