Ripping the critters from tatics into FO

I assume this can be done, I havent actually tried it yet. But if someone has already done this then please share your work so I dont have to reinvent the wheel so to speak.

Also what file formats does tatics use? And what is a good program to convert them

As an addition to that, could it be done the other way around. It would be nice to play Tactics with normal power armour, not Batman/Bunny ears style.
(Thinking about it, you'd have to make extra FRMs for crouching/prone positions)
