First time out of the vault
Playing thru the 2nd time with Killaps patch now. The first time i didnt seem to get into too much trouble, and I had low luck. This time I have luck set to 8 (and have way more drop weapon situtations) and I seem to keep stumbling on the same encounter over and over between Den and Vault City. Highwaymen and robbers. Always the same V formation with 2 chicks with pistols on the ends, spear/ knives on the insides and a guy with a hunting rifle at the bottom. What is killing me is that my most advanced weapon at the time (.44 or rifle) are out of ammo. The enemy shooters, pistol or rifle, DO NOT MISS! Even at night! I have a 104% in small arms and miss sometimes at night. So that means they must have 120% and above on shots. Ugh
