It may be a little spoiler
I convinced Moira some time ago to drop Survival Book idea. Hence, I can't do any related quests. While exploring, I came across this RobCo factory, killed rats inside and found the mainframe. When trying to 'use' it, it says that the mainframe is not functioning.
I found on the forum that I actually need some chip from Moira that she gives at the beginning of the robco quest
So, is there any other way to obtain that chip/make mainframe work.
And does it make any sense to actually do it as there is no quest related to it
