Roshambo in FOT?

I recalled there is someone called Roshambo in Fallout Tactics. Just curious, what is his connection with you Rosh? or the Roshambo Warrior? Did he a character in Fallout 1? Or anything else?

And Romeo told his beloved Juliet: "Kulo tresno karo sampeyan."
 
Yeah!!! Perhaps they got Miroslav and Odin in Fallout 3. Or Briosafreak. Or Gunnar. Or Mister Bhass.......

We probably won't see any norse gods in the Fallout world... alas...
I suggested a special encounter tho, they didn't wanna do it for FOT... *sobb, sobb*

That's a good Idea Odin!! Imagine, the NMA encounter when our hero met us in Fallout 3. With Miroslav, Odin, Xotor and others guarding a building with a sign, "No Mutants Allowed."

BTW, is Roshambo suggest that to Interplay? Perhaps i could suggest too!!

MicroForté put that in, as both a thanks/ribbing back at me for the observations I made upon their work. It was a tough love I gave them, mostly towards their work on the...SheepClaws, among other design points. I believe it was Oakden that said sometimes they both loved me and hated me, for those very reasons.

LOL, yeah I remember that.. One have to admit the "deathclaw" in Tactics looks really stupid, I remember the first screenshot we saw of it, looked like a hairy puppy.. especially the small ones..

Which character was he in Torment? I know he's mentioned that before, but I never did hear a name.
