Ever heard of a legal, official, registered RPG Association?

I know of one like official one for D&D. Its called the RPGA. You can get to it here

Other than that, there's a ton of them out there. Depends on what you're interested in. Just try doing a google search.

Yeah. They're the company that owns TSR, which makes D&D. Wizards also makes games like the Star Wars RPG, and Magic the Gathering.
