RPs trade for $

Is there any guy or girl in FOT that directly trades $ for Ringpulls? I know you can buy stuff from the Bunker Merchant for RPs and sell it @ the quartermaster for dollaz, but is there a place that takes both?
Just thought I'd ask.
And I hope I'm not junking up all forums. ;-)
 
The only one that trades in both is Ma Baker. I forget the name of the place, but it's where you get the power armor from the raiders. She doesn't have much to trade though.
 
I've never really found any use for bottlecaps, whatever I want in the wasteland I usally steal. A much better option I think. I just usally trade what I can for all my bottlecaps then just steal em back. Easy :-)
