Safe in Scott City

There is a safe at the extreme North West corner of the map in Scott City. Anyone able to get it open? Have a Lockpick Skill of 162 with lockpick set and still no luck. Tried when I first went into Scott City and when I was ready to leave. Still nothing.

Try holding two lockpick sets (one in each active slot), as this will increase your skill.

Thanks, that worked. But with a skill level of 202 it still took ten tries, and was it worth the effort? No!!

Neither are half the loot from all the random encounters.
