Because you don't know what you are talking about, obviously. If you can see what's completely wrong and impossible to achieve, making Fallout into a FPS....go play what you really crave, Half-Life or Unreal Tournament. Or better yet, a crap game to go with your lunacy, Quake III: Arena.
