Savegame editor?

Is there a savegame editor for this, like Falche or F2SE? On my second playthrough now (got till about level 12 first before losing all my data), at about lvl 16 and have managed to screw up something earlier...
 
I'd like a game editor so I can check which unseen effects I have or lose. Please see my druggist thread about the effect bug I meet. It's affected unseen effect that's the problem.

Is there any command for game to recheck my current editor to see if there's anythign amiss?
