Savegame problem with Official Patch 1.02d

I was just wondering if anyone knows why my old 1.02d save games don't work anymore on the same 1.02d version installed? I tried using the Savegame-converter as well and my game still crashes upon load.

Have you tried to convert them back to 1.00 and see if they're working?

Have you tried any unofficial mods?

What system and machine are you running?

I tried to convert back to 1.00 and 1.01, neither worked and I haven't yet tried any unofficial mods.
