Erm ... what is it?

It appears to be either a guy with four arms, or a guy with a cape (and horns), pointing a rotary machine gun at his crotch.

Forgive me if I misunderstand, but it is far from clear.

It's a guy in armor looking up and wearing a cape. The minigun is sitting on the ground pointed up and he's wresting his hands on the muzzle.
