Screen Size Problem with Fallout 2

I'm trying to play fallout 2 on my laptop computer and am having the same trouble as another person in a thread quoted as "Screen Size Trouble" (I believe) in which the game screen is much smaller than my actual screen. Anyways the adivce given in that thread was unable to help me so I was hopping to get some new insight. I'm running fallout 2 on windows XP professional, it is a Dell PC with the intel 82845 grapics card. Anyone have any ideas?

Right click on the desktop -> Properties -> Settings tab. And in there was supposed to be some sort of a thingy that you were supposed to enable or something else like that. Sorry, but I don't remember it very clearly. Or did it have something to do with the BIOS and enable something in there. Ah, sorry again, my memory is very good. But it's also veeeery short.
