Secret/Unused Vault Boy Pics

First time out of the vault
I remember asking this a while back, someone told me to download the Fallout Demo and extract the pics from there, etc etc...

Well, now to re-do it.

I finally remembered about those unused/secret vault boy pics, and I happened to stumble upon the folder in which I stored those particular vault boy pics in. But, my collection is incomplete. There are some that I recall from long ago that are part of that secret/unused vault boy pics that I don't have.

Then, I remembered something about the Demo.

Well, I got the demo, but I can't remember where I got that extractor tool....

Can someone point me in the right direction? Or does someone hav the whole thing? >__>;

Also, yeah, I looked in the DaC gallery, and some are missing from there too... >__>;

A .dat extractor will get you all the resources in the game. I'm not sure what format the vault boy pictures are in, so I couldn't tell you if any graphics utilities are needed.

Which one should I get, just for the purpose of getting the pics?

There's alot of .dat extractors.. and they all look alike .. >_>;

and how do I use it? :cry:
 
If I remember right DatExplorer is the easiest to use. It's extremely simple so I won't bother explaining it, just run it and you'll figure it out in 5 seconds.

I just now need to know wtf .frm is... XD
 
It's a graphical file format used in Fallout files. You can find utilities to convert it to GIF or BMP in the Files section.
