Hey everyone! I'm back! I wrote that really wierd Fan Fic a long time ago about the guy named John who had, shall we say, the ::cough:: jinxed trait

Anyways on to business!

I'm doing a semester project for my stupid highschool english class, and I'm wondering if I should write a story in my own post nuclear setting, or in the one described by Fallout?

Take copywright, prior knowledge etc.. in to account, and a big old thanks to anyone who posts!

Your Fallout FanFic Groupie!

Nice to see you again.

I'm curious to know exactly what your assignment is. Simply "Write something" or something more in depth. If this is for a person who has never played Fallout then it would be just as easy to describe an entirely new seeting.

Every town in Fallout has a concept behind it which defines the town and the quests you recieve in it. If you do not want to use one of these concepts as a focus of the story or one of the major factions (enclave, brotherhood, rangers etc.) then you may as well use another setting.

If you can come up with it of course. Personally I think you could probably recieve less marks if its found out that your setting is not orginal. But nonetheless you can 'base' it around the Fallout setting.

Do you have anything so far?

Well I think I'm going to use a new universe of my own one more based on tribal and ghoul societys, calling ghoul like characters "broken ones". Also the final finnishing essay is probably going to be a story about a strugle between the broken ones and a tribal community that eventually ends up in a joyus union of the two groups.

Thus I get a good grade for tying in a overhannging theme of prejudice.

And I get to wrtite in my favorite sci-fi universe!

hey as they always say "kill two squirls with one shotgun"

Or was that birds and stones o well... thanks for the input!
