Has anyone else encountered this? I'm talking about the ghoul in Seneca metro station that pays good price for sugar bombs.
If I use my speech skill succesfully to negotiate a better price for sugar bombs, I get no caps at all for my sugar bombs (the ghoul does take them however). If I accept the price the ghoul originally offers (15 caps), I get the money.
It is annoying because I have a good speech skill and now I don't get to use it properly.[/spoiler:cf201f1f95]
