Look that guy that stamped my paper doesnt have a sense of humour, you know what you are? A STAMPER!! YEH THATS RIGHT! WHY DONT YOU TAKE YOUR STUPID STAMP AND STAMP SOMETHING ELSE LIKE A SLICE OF OF A GRILLED SANDWHICH! CMON BRING IT ON ILL TAKE YOU OUT YEAH THATS RIGHT THATS RIGHT IM GONNA MAKE MY ON STAMP AND TAKE OVER THE WORLD!AND IM GONNA BE THE VILLIAN IN FALLOUT 3! YEH THATS RIGHT! YOUR GONNA CALL ME THE MAD STAMPER AND IF YOU TRY BREAK THE RULES I'LL STAMP YOU INTO OBLIVION! BRING IT ON CHUMP! MOMMA SAID STAMP YOU OUT!YEEEEEEEEEEEEEH

Yeah, but a 403 looks like a potential future possibility....
 
Well...if you look at his stamp post I think you might see the reason this poor *ahem yeah right* soul acts in such a manner...He is making a pathetic attempt at coolness..I could be wrong though ...403...will you make it a PERSONALIZED 403 fopr his IP address??

Theoretically it's possible.

Kind of like a deny-allow procedure for .htaccess files, using a trickle-down system.

I will have to test it, though, on my own server.
 
Amazing Captain ...I think my brains just exited my head in a very rapid fashion...

Basically Im asking whats a trickle down procedure...but in a sarcastic non offensive way...

Basically it's a filter system that picks out things depending on certain requirements or properties, in gradual level-by-level steps.

Like a filter that would allow numbers under 100 would allow 20 and 70, but not 200 or 500.

Then, the next filter, the one that will allow numbers under 50 would allow 20 to pass by, but not 70.

And so forth....
