Seraph Patch Compatibility Question

Others may have posted this before me and im sorry for asking again if they have , but does the children patch work with the seraph mod at all. Plus i was wondering if i have to install the US patch after the children as i would like the 1.05 Eng one instead along with the NPC armor changes. Are all these mods and patches compatible by any chance. I would like feedback.

You do not need the US executable for the children patch. Having the children patch "installed" has no effect at all if your game does not need them (e.g. because you're using the US version to begin with or a custom patch which includes the children). So I wouldn't worry about it.
