SFall engine and transparency.

I'm using the sFall API to modify a game a little bit. My question is it possible to set the transparency level (e.g. to 50%) of the window created by create_win function?
 
No, Fallout doesn't have transparency like that.

Up until a few months ago we didn't even had transparency for created windows at all.

"...until a few months" - does it mean that now is it somehow possible to have semi transparent graphic?
 
... I just wrote that Fallout doesn't have transparency like that. You can make a single color disappear and that's it.
