Description:
The past:
War...
War never changes.
The end of the world came pretty much as we had predicted it would. Too many humans, not enough resources to go around. This started the Great War, also called the Resource War. Though this war lasted just over two hours, the results were devistating. Nuclear bombs were set off. Continents and countries sunk into the sea. Humanity was almost completely annihilated.
The present:
One hundred years after the wars ended, the world has changed drastically. It is, and is not, the home that we once remembered it to be. New creatures have been created. Technology has been destroyed, resurfaced, and modified. Radiation poisoning is a constant threat. A blanket of Fallout still covers the earth.
The New Dark Age has passed. The world may either flourish with the ushering in of a new age, or crumble and fall into ruin. Humanity still fights for its most core need: survival. Threats and mysteries lurk at every turn. Murder and intrigue flourish here.
