Silent kill

If you killed somebody unnoticed still everybody in town knew that you killed the guy what is the problem, add silencers and useful sniper rifles that you can kill people without anybody shooting you!
Put there better damage system because nobody likes yakuzas who can penetrate your Enclave power armour with their EXTRA sharp knives and you needt to shoot them three times with your vindicator minigun before they die!
 
Or how about using your sneakskill in Navarro, Burst away some guy with a Minigun and the guy next to him not even noticing! Black Isle, Fix this!!!!!!!!
 
I already explained the reason swords could penetrate the armor, so I'm not going over that again.

I do think they need to work on the silent kill. I also think that if alot of people wind up missing or dead when you are around, that your reputation is going to go down quick. It wouldn't surpise me if the town attacked you then.
