Silly car scrolling problem

I have two minor but big QOL issues that I cannot find solutions for.

1.

In my newest Fallout 2 install, when using car trunk, my mouse wheel always scroll character inventory and never does scroll car inventory - despite mouse cursor placement.

I tried to found out how to correct this, to allow car inventory to be mouse wheel scrolled when mouse cursor over, but I haven't found anything.

ddraw.ini in old install that allowed such scrolling and in new that does not allow seem the same in all options that has 'scrolling' in them.

Help please. Such a minor issue but big QOL thing.


2. In this new install - dialogue interface when finishing talking moves down/turn off very slow. I tried to find problem, but to no avail. Game itself is not slow at all. Tried various graphical modes as well, but no change.

1.never have this so you have make a thing wrong with installing, use windows 7, 8,10 without administrative rights, or have mixed with other mods now its caues this error.

2. The same like 1.

Sfall is crucial for pretty much ever Fallout mod nowadays. If you don't like certain features, just disable them in the settings.
