First time out of the vault
Hi guys! Thinking about making a melee weapons oriented character for Fallout 2, but I need to ask a question:
Does the Slayer perk apply to melee weapons?
The description for it, taken from The Vault (Fallout wikia) says "The Slayer walks the earth! With a successful Luck roll, all of your hits in hand-to-hand combat are upgraded to critical hits". Now, wouldn't "hand-to-hand combat" refer to the good old Knuckle sandwiches? And if it does indeed only works for unarmed, wouldn't melee be pretty much useless in the lategame, Or at least wastly underpowered compared to Guns/Unarmed?
